The obligation of the consignee/consigner during customs inspection
The main obligation for consignor/consignee is:
1 when the customs inspect the good, the import/export goods of the consignee/ consignor or its agent shall in accordance with the customs, movie goods, opening and restoring the packing of the goods, etc as the requirements.
2, when customs inspect the good, the import/export goods of the consignee/consignor or its agent shall be accompanied by the customs, and present the required documents for inspection of goods, answer the questions by the customs.
3 when the customs inspect inbound and outbound means of transport (including the transportation of goods within the territory under customs supervision), the carrier or the relevant person shall be present, and according to the requirement of customs, open cabin, room door, car door, anything suspected of smuggling, and shall open the place may hide smuggled goods, articles, or moving goods and materials.
